It's a conscious effort and a mindset.

I went to open matt for Jiu-Jitsu despite not wanting, though, I know it's good for my mental health, which is equally as important as getting shredded.

What makes it hard for you to practice?

Calls from family members about health issues in old age! I know everyone has a limited lifespan, and we all worry about our parents. It’s very overwhelming! 🥹

I know what you mean. My mom's at that age where I start panicking everytime I call her and she doesn't answer, or everytime she calls at an odd time. It's so stressful.
