Talking about courtroom gangsters putting people at risk for exercising free speech and you call it "a legal standpoint"

What's legal is irrelevant

I am not sure exactly what you are saying.

I am just wonding what their legal advice is. From what I have seen from tor they recommend not running an exit node from your home. Perhaps this company has different advice. That is what I was asking about.

I'm just saying that has nothing to do with law / "legality"

The laws of man say stuff like "if you kill someone for money, it's OK for their surviving loved ones to kill you for revenge"

There's no law that says "if someone runs a Tor exit relay, it's OK for courtroom gangsters to target them"

That's the type of shit that gets put in edicts and statutes the authorities falsely call "laws," but not actual law material

Well it might not be right or moral but I do care if an action I take will provoke the state to raid my house, take my property and arrest me.

As unjustified as this may be it will be something I consider before making myself a target.
