This should not be happening for free or paid accts, and we have not seen this as a regular issue. We’ll investigate and see what’s up.

Please let nostr:npub137c5pd8gmhhe0njtsgwjgunc5xjr2vmzvglkgqs5sjeh972gqqxqjak37w and me know next time it happens and we’ll troubleshoot further.

Curious if it happens on certain clients? Certain file types? When it happened last? Error messages?

Very recently Fishcake fixed a ‘large file upload bug’ that may have been related.

It’s on Damus. Generally happens when I’m uploading short mp4 or mov video files for nostr:npub1xm82eyq6exvrh5pzfnlfyfxhusdh2f7sjguy0204ggxhxrfyz2xsvt3el2. Works perfectly every time on the site. Will screenshot next time.

I quickly checked the logs but I have not seen any uploads from your npub in the past day or so. Please screenshot when you get failure next time so I can investigate thoroughly 🐶🐾🫂🙏🏻
