My minimum is 1m sats per utxo. I withdraw at that stage from exchange. I do also consolidate at times to have some bigger utxos that if I ever needed spend that the percentage fee is even less. Also, my gf stacks smaller amounts and we put some spare change in also so it’s good practice.

I think of it as having 500, 200, 100, 50 notes in a drawer at home. Fewer 500 and more 50 notes

My best geuss is 0.005 minimum, and have several 0.01-0.01s. These are for future spending and LN channels.

Then have a few 1.0, and the rest just keep as 50s, 25s, 12.5s and 6.25s for inheritance or donation to the world when you die.

Have at least one of 6.15 for BTBs.
