I already loved my mimosa trees for their beauty and versatility, so when I found a chocolate mimosa tree, I absolutely had to have it in the food forest. Anyone else heard of a chocolate mimosa tree before?

Not that I am an expert, but I have never heard of it. Are you in a temperate climate?

Here in North Florida we are temperate subtropical. I’ve seen mimosa trees all the way up into Ohio though.
