Yesterday was the closest I've ever come to getting struck by lightning. The hair on my arms stood straight up, my fingers were tingling and my hiking poles literally *buzzed*. Sounded like an electric fence. We ran and took cover for 20 min or so until it passed. Thought I was going to die
