Forget Botox—this is your real skin plumping secret.

Homemade Jell-O. 5 minutes. Pure collagen.

I used 8–10 tbsp of gelatin (50g protein), mango puree, fresh apple juice, coconut water, a dash of salt, and 2–5 tbsp honey.

Chopped in papaya for extra enzymes.

Just heat water (not boiling), stir in the gelatin until dissolved, cool it down, toss it in the fridge overnight—done.

You can use any juice or fruit combo you like.

Gelatin is rich in amino acids (glycine + proline) that support your skin, joints, gut, and overall vitality.

Simple, ancestral, potent—and is way cheaper than fake collagen powders. The poor man’s natty Botox.

I add gelatine to any meat sauce I make.

I dump a heap into a bowl and add enough cold water to hydrate it (about 1:1 by volume).

I add it to the sauce at the end because it has a tendency to burn.

It thickens the sauce & adds a beautiful rich mouth feel.
