IMO. The Japanese translation of this survey item is not accurate.
"Which general Nostrasia Tokyo dates would you most likely attend in person? "
bad「現地で参加する場合は、日程がいつなら参加できますか？ 」
good「いちばん参加しやすい東京の日程はどれですか？」
I think the original translation is more direct and clear in asking which date works for the respondent.
