Sure, you'll have to get used to the settings menu being at the top of the screen instead of the bottom, and some other silly UI differences like that, but if you can get past the "I don't know where to find the xyz button" phase, you'll find that GrapheneOS has all the same great features (and then some!) and an equally great experience to use those features. You will just need to spend some time retraining your brain from Apple's flavor of UI.
