Turn off mainstream media. Turn off also mainstream alternative media (that would be your Tucker Carlsons and Joe Rogans). Study and focus on your craft. Go outside. Read a book (actual, paper book). Don’t have pointless conversations. Ignore NPCs. Enjoy life.
