People are creating fundamentally wrong idols for themselves in their head, because of comparisons like these.

Ah ok I got it, and agree there’s a lot of hot garbage grifts out there masquerading as proven science. Unfortunately it’s nothing new. Self-help gurus, get rich quick schemes, multilevel marketing, snake oil salesmen, etc. The internet has no doubt made them more prolific. Common sense, humility, and self discipline will get you a lot farther than trying to follow someone else’s “proven” formula for success. 💜
