Both will have its own set of risks, but I'd much rather take the risk of volatile value with Bitcoin and Cash than the (higher) risk of my money being seized by a vengeful government that hates me for caring about the existence and future of White people.

Fractional reserve banking is possible with bitcoin too tho. The government seizing things seems like a separate issue.
What matters is the fact that the government has the ability to seize assets (Fourth Amendment be damned) for any reason by extension of their control over the banking system, whereas with non/self-custodial Bitcoin you just have to maintain the network to some degree.
Fractional Bitcoin banking has to depend on trust, which has historically been poor for Bitcoin in account of all the defunct and fraudulent exchanges.
