Yeah I think this is more about digi-fication of existing documents. We already have statewide legal app in Colorado where you can legally use the app (with digital copy of drivers license) in place of your drivers license anywhere. I honestly think it’s convenient and a no brainer in innovation. Lost my wallet in an airport last week but have still been able to do everything I need. I do see the potential for slippery slope but not really in this legislation as much as in the restrict act or tons of other garbage legislation
