After dealing with several charge-back scams I am probably moving my business to cash or Bitcoin-only.

I don't have time for that nonsense.

My plan is to accept cash or Bitcoin and give the finger to all credit card processors (including stripe).

I suppose I'll be okay accepting ACH through the boys over there at nostr:npub183gjay88fk6kkc0ap6xgk6fr2ntpumt88qu88srfn9jt2c9ekr2swypjke

And checks are okay from established customers but Even that sounds like a slippery slope

That's what I meant. I understood cash OR Bitcoin "only" hence the both.

Yeah, You have to accept dollars one way or another for the time being. If you don't they'll label you a terrorist.
