So I have a question #asknostr

Is there a nostr version of YouTube? For the tutorials, recipes, news etc?

Sooner than later we'll have to ditch YT and it would be great if there was an alternative for useful stuff...

Just thinking again..

Odysee, rumble, bitchute are all good alternatives platforms. They aren't nostr related but a bit of pressure could convince one of them to get on lightning and adopt bitcoin and zaps..

I’ll have a go of these and report back on whether they contain useful tutorials and recipes etc

My last memories of Odysee are fairly positive so let’s see

I suppose that there is also the possibility that we use Satellite.Earth for our purposes 🤷🏼‍♀️

Odysee was dumb and made their own token instead of using Bitcoin / LN. Now they're in a legal battle with the SEC.

I still use the platform though.

So I went back to Odysee and it's much better thanbi remembered it. There are tutorials, recipes and all kinds of interesting bids there now, not just the conspiracy folk (who I don't mind but they don't post a lot of recipes😂)
