The first two seasons were pretty good. FWIW. A perfect memory would be useful but like 5%-10% of what you need to litigate.

As an outsider and 2 years old legal studies in high school, a strong logical string of thoughts seemed more effective than simply perfect memory.
Bed side manner; benefit of the doubt; and the predicate that the other side is unreasonable is unfortunately more important than anything. This you do not learn in law school.
