False, it was about nodes not having a compelling incentive to relay and store spam in their mempool, hence the outrage about Core trying to make the default be for nodes to relay trash.

The more you post, the more I’m like this dude really is a gaslighting bad actor.

The primary incentive to store unconfirmed transactions in your mempool is for improved free estimation.

If you don't care about that, just set "blocksonly=1" in your node config.

Isn't having a corresponding block template also an incentive also?
