Whey is the primary protein in milk and is consumed by everyone serious about building their body. Clearly you don't understand why milk proteins are some of the best available for human consumption. Complex BCAAs provided by milk are amazing. Soy milk has limited BCAA. Dairy products are some of the best products for human thriving.

Farms - especially dairy farms are notoriously high touch and low margin. Soy production on the other hand is cheap and easy. You're lost.

Whey protein is useful, but you don’t need milk to get

isolated whey, eggs, or other proteins provide the same BCAAs without the downsides of lactose, casein, and hormones. Many populations thrive without dairy, proving it’s not essential for health.

Dairy is heavily subsidized—if it were so necessary, why does the industry need billions in government support to stay afloat? Meanwhile, 80% of soy is fed to livestock, not humans, so blaming soy farming while ignoring dairy’s inefficiency makes no sense.

If milk is so superior, why do so many people stop producing lactase after infancy? Maybe because we’re not meant to drink it.

No need to get upset. Don't you know how to debate? Are you a milk drinker? Does it hurt your feelings when someone tries to debate a topic with you that you don't agree with?

Maybe that's why you're still drinking milk because you're a baby.
