Alright nostr. Here's what ya do. You get yourself a beef roast, we used a brisket. You salt and pepper that friend up and sear it on all sides in your favorite cast iron pan. While it's searing, you thinly slice up one or more onions and smash at least 4 cloves of garlic. Pull the meat and toss it in your roasting pan and toss your onions in the cast iron pan. Cook them for a bit, then add the garlic. Then, what you're gonna do is deglaze the pan with 1 Tbsp of wash-yer-sister sauce (that's Worcester for non-DDD fans) and a 1/2 cup of water; bonus points if you use red wine or beef broth. Slide your onions over your meat and slide the roaster into your oven at 250-300 until the meat is tender. That's what you do and how you do it. #grownostr #beefstr #foodstr #meatstr

I'm gonna do 3 or 4 onions next time and call it French Onion Beef.
