My wife gave me a new ice bath tub. My mother in law created a happy bitcoin birthday sign. Also got a perfect Sierra Leone silver coin from my birth year. My kid came walking in with it. Typical bitcoin bday 🙏 grateful for everyone around me supporting this adventure that is life.
Happy Birthday! Man I have been hesitating on the ice bath but know I’ll eventually do it. Does it get easier? I can’t even handle the cold couple seconds at the start of a shower but used to regularly go in the lake a month earlier and later than sane people lol.
I find the ice bath easier than a cold shower tbh
