Just to be real, I am trying to understand the expectations of you BitCoiners. I am an old man who see potential in BitCoin. I don’t foresee (or expect) to live in a world where fiat doesn’t play the predominant part. Do you?

I do not think fiat will go away in my lifetime, but it will continue to be mismanaged and debased. The way people use it will change as the flaws become more obvious. Like in Argentina their fiat money is still dominant, but it devalues so fast that everyone just spends it as quickly as possible. I think the world will trend towards that type of relationship with fiat.
Feels like a waste of time to think that far ahead and allow that bias to impact today. Too many variables and entropy between now and then.
