that's for OLD hardware. you should go with something like Mint or PopOS
it feels like floppylinux is a special challenge (like running doom on a toaster) the end result is very compact and contains only a text console able to edit text, and that's about it
I have been a Fedora user for over a decade, but would recommend Ubuntu if it's your first install. Great distribution, and is one of the most popular,so lots of support and help to be found if you run into any issues.
