Preparation methods, fresh herbs and seasoning mostly. I also find the longer I have been on it, the cravings have become almost nonexistent and I was always a HUGE carb junkie. Pizza is the only thing that I will still crave strongly and I let myself indulge on those occasions.

Peanut butter does it for me. Especially when I enjoy non-cooking herbs. 😉 but that’s not too often.

I did find making 8lb of hamburgers was nice. Made for quick snacks and such.
