My breakfast this morning was rogue lion's mane growing in my backyard!

Fungus is the neglected Kingdom for many people, and that's unfortunate. Fungus is the hidden steward of our whole planetary environment. Without fungus, trees as we know them cannot survive. They have co-evolved with fungus and are entirely dependent on them.

I take lions mane daily, do not have access to fresh growing. Now I’m going to see about growing my own!! also, my zap to you would not go through?

Awesome. These are oysters grown in 100% coffee grounds. It doesn't take much.

Wow! I need to do more research. I have plenty of leftover coffee grounds. I’m also building an all new vegetable garden with (hopefully) a new greenhouse!

You can buy an oyster from the store. Slice it lengthwise down the stem. Throw it at the bottom of a jar and cover it with coffee grounds. It will grow and just add more grounds when needed. I am working on transferring it to a larger growing medium.

Agreed. Thanks for the info.
