Pretty much, except:

1. There’s no algorithm.

2. There are no ad.

3. No one can block you.

But aside from that it’s pretty much the same.

#Nostr … and, No algos pumping influencers, nor fake followers. Real community that you have to curate yourself.

Also you can use free/open-source clients that don’t pillage your personal/usage data
