Replying to Avatar cuban

-Workout 3-4 times a week (stationary bike and lifting)

-started IMF about 20 days ago going well

-wish I could go full carnivore but it's been hard with kids so lots of meat and low carbs but carbs are in there

It's certainly harder with non carnivores in the house. I'd be even more so if my wife was also carnivore but she's not so I occasionally break from it.
