A while back…

Coworker: “Why do you think they’re holding this meeting?”

Me: “So the self-important do-nothing administrative parasites can feel like they’re actually doing something of value while simultaneously trying to exert whatever power they think they have. In reality they’re simply wasting the time of people who actually work and taking time away from patients that could be receiving care.”

Coworker: “Wow. Never thought about it like that. You’re right.”
