We definitely don't want a "governance" protocol. That would mean some sort of committee or "constitution" or foundation, and that would turn us into Ethereum

governance is a naturally occurring phenomenon, it happens anyway. bitcoiners have to recognize that fact and be able to talk about what's happening.
