not sure why i haven’t done this before. Trying out a random macro and calorie tracking app.
I took the nutrient pdf from a restaurant i frequent and put in all the data. I can see exactly all of the macros and calories.
Then i can use chatgpt to suggest modifications.
No longer do i have to guess why i’m not losing weight or feeling tired. Just use data and tools.
Boy I’m eating 144g of protein, up the protein intake

That seems like a lot, don’t you only need like 1g per kg of body weight
