Probably the brand new npub thing, which I actually disagree with. I thought #Nostr was supposed to be censorship resistant🤷🏻♂️. It's like you're being cancelled before you've even got started.

You have a point but it does put new npubs off posting, surely🤔. If they're genuinely trying to engage but the people they're replying to aren't getting notifications etc🤷🏻♂️.
Well, after 4 days your notifications show up. And it’s not like the note is removed, it’s there behind “show more”. And this is one client. Others don’t have this filter.
If you want censorship resistance run your own relay
There’s one “known” npub who gets muted a lot. It has multiple npubs and its own relay. No joke 😂
