And in what way? If any countries take a legal tender route.

Yes, their decisions and actions re: bitcoin strategic reserves, VAT, CGT, legal tender laws, etc and the implications these have to attract HNWIs and bitcoin businesses. We live in fascinating times. SI Thesis coming into view.
