How about starting with proton mail's free version first?

I currently have the free version. I like it so far, but the limited storage is a hard cap if I want to make a full swap.

Ah I see

They have a free version, unless you need multiple emails and such.

I have the feee currently but I would max out the storage really fast if I made a full switch. I really like it currently just not sure if it’s worth the yearly fee.

Yes. Proton Unlimited includes a kick ass VPN on up to 10 devices, and 500 GB of Proton Drive, which works very well, along with proton calendar, etc.

You basically replace all of g suite with something less creepy and a lot more private. Very much worth it. I use it daily.

Awesome. I think I’ll make the switch then. I use the free VPN currently, is there a huge difference once you make the upgrade in subscription?

I don’t have a point of reference as I was already using proton mail before I started using the VPN.

I have noticed no issues with speed or anything though.

They do list over a thousand more servers for unlimited, support for torrents, and Tor over vpn for the paid membership.

Awesome, well I’ll find out I guess.

Thank you, I have been on the fence for a bit now debating on the switch. But you have given me the confidence to get it going.

Is there a file sync app?? How’s that work?

What do u use to create collaborate and edit docs?

I just made the move yesterday and the drive is not looking that usual comparing to google…

Don’t think there’s a file sync app, but there is an app that lets you upload files.

I use SyncThing + TailScale for sync.

Can u send link about how to setup?

Thanks
