For folks like me who only recently really noticed that (payment) privacy is possible, as I didn't know any tech behind Lighting and Cashu, I find myself thinking about it all the time. Every time I buy something with my credit card I now think about the information I'm sharing with my bank and with the merchant.

Previously, I was just accustomed to ignoring it as I didn't really see that any practical alternative. It's interesting how my thought processes have changed.
