How to do it:
Sit on the floor facing the wall, then recline until your back is on the floor. Raise your legs so your heels are touching the wall .
If you're hamstrings are more flexible, inch your butt closer to the wall. If you're very flexible, you're butt may touch the wall.
But being in a perfect reclining 90 degree shape isn't the goal... The pose must be comfortable to gain the benefits of calming the mind.... if you're hamstrings are screaming, back away from the wall... π
