Change of plans. Go big, or go home. Picked up a '97 Chevy P30 Walk-In Step Van for my stealth camper, mobile workstation conversion. Going to replace the motor and transmission. It's perfect, and about as big as I can go and still go stealth. Pretty stoked about it.

If you have a vehicle registered in your name and at your home address, your car tags allow for access to that registration information.
Fun fact: In addition to gov, law enforcement, and insurance companies, in some states, anyone can perform a public records license plate search and find the vehicle registration information (owner name, address etc.). And in states where it is not considered public information, a private investigator can be hired to do the same. A simple tag search is not expensive.

this is a much better plan. try not to overload it with heavy stuff during your build (like massive amounts of wood panels or something). your new transmission will thank you later 😎
Good tip! It's got a V6 in it, so I'm thinking about dropping a fuel injected 350 in it with a 4L80E Turbo transmission so I'll have more horsepower on inclines as well.
