A lot of people like Coldcard. I haven’t tried their latest offering, but the older stuff is a little challenging for non-techy people.
But Keystone has a Bitcoin only firmware and I have been recommending their pro version to the people I orange pill.
Oh and Bitbox is OK, they have a BTC only firmware but to be honest, QR airgap to me seems like the most obvious ideal cold storage. NFC and plugging something in spook me
Interesting, didn't think about Keystone.. Why isn't it recommended by bitcoin. org you think?

The Keystone has an interesting history. It used to be the Cobo Vault, and Cobo abandoned it, leaving all the users with a quickly deprecating device that is near-useless with modern wallets. Keystone picked it up and ran with it, and to their credit have been maintaining the firmware. My biggest gripe is that the interface becomes very unintuitive once you stray from the "happy path" of native segwit. Also the device's battery doesn't last very long.
Can confirm both of these things are drawbacks
Man, I gotta say that the Flineation Passport feels *good* in your hand. Stripped down ColdCard firmware with probably the fastest airgapped entry (besides the Android keyboard on the Keystone, which I am not a fan of). Technically, the Jade supports Liquid assets, so it's n km t "Bitcoin only", but it is still a great device. If you feel like you can achieve power user status within a couple years the ColdCard Mk IV is a literal bitcoin Swiss army knife, but I think the UX is dumb and clunky and unresponsive
