If you live in society you can't demand consent for everything. Should people require your consent to look at you, if they enjoy that? Or to say hi to you? Is your goal to be completely anonymous to everyone, yet live among people? These are practical impossibilities and also I don't get why anyone would care. Be proud of people knowing about you. I think you'll find they are far less bad-intentioned than you imagine
