Why is it that old tech becomes bricked devices when they become obsolete? It used to be that obsolete meant "no longer supported". Now obsolete means, it will break at a certain time, get a new one. This is stupid fiat shit that companies are pushing onto us!

I wish they could just open source their stuff when they dont want it anymore, so the community can keep pushing the product for longer. But nope! Gotta buy a new one. 🙄
