Olas 0.1.6 is on nostr:npub10r8xl2njyepcw2zwv3a6dyufj4e4ajx86hz6v4ehu4gnpupxxp7stjt2p8 and TestFlight!

Tons of changes:

The app should feel a lot faster AFTER THE FIRST START (which still takes too long, will fix this soon)

* trying out a new logo

* hashtag search

* Video uploads are working again

* EXIF data removal before upload (s/o nostr:npub1v0lxxxxutpvrelsksy8cdhgfux9l6a42hsj2qzquu2zk7vc9qnkszrqj49 )

* UI tweaks all around, still a lot to be done in this department but I now know which direction to go

TestFlight is using label 0.1.5 (178), that’s the update to install:

Also, when publishing can you use the --icon arg to pass the new icon? Along with --overwrite-app to update the app metadata

I’ve tried that a bunch of times but it didn’t replace the icon 😅 I’m stuck with that lane icon foreva

Hmm, can you try restarting it? Are you on the “for you” tab or the “follows” tab?

Also, if you go to settings and then relays, what do you see?

I just tried and the speed is impressive! I'm really surprised, actually. Great delayed Christmas gift! Thank you, Pablo.

But let's go to the issues I experienced:

Thanks! This is great feedback. Yeah, I think I introduced a regression with the image caching on the scroll.

Oh yeah, I changed the local key name, your other nsec is still in the secure storage if your ohone,; I'll bring back the previous name for the lookup so you can access it again 😅

Quick feedback since I have you.

I logged in with a bunker (nsec.app). Login worked. Posting didn't.

Not sure if this is an Olas thing or a nsec.app thing.

Weird, I have tried it with bunkers many times, including nsec.app and it always worked. Maybe try again?

What blossom server are you using?

Try either blossom.f7z.io or blossom.primal.net

Not sure what was wrong with my nsec.app setup.

Try with adding an nsecBunker from amber, the key (for now) is to use a remote relay (for some reason)

relay.nsecBunker.com or relay.nsec.app both work; just tried them now myself

a pesar de ya estar logueado en la version antes de actualizar, me pide en una interfaz tan oscura el nsec ... que no soy capaz de visualizarlo.

A mi gusto, un poco lento el logueo, quizas sea mi telefono movil.

Un poco de confusion a la hora de seleccionar la foto a subir, reinicio de aplicacion y todo mas fluido.

Mil Gracias por tu trabajo y enhorabuena, el logo muy "logrado" !!!

In a single image? Sounds like that image server doesn’t want to serve that image (ie 404) if that’s the case

Huge improvement for the simple fact my login appears to persist now.

It seems if I change feed from 'For You' then nothing loads even when going back to 'For You'
