I agree, I newd to step up in activity. I had some mishaps and stopped walking asuch. It makes a difference. Stretching in the morning is helpimg me too. And you should get some epsom salts,you can soak the joint and it is absorbed through the skin, helps with inflammation

I have never used Epsom salt before, and I was unaware of its beneficial effects on inflammation 🤔 interesting stuff. It seems that its healing properties can be attributed to its high magnesium content. Personally, I believe I already consume an adequate amount of Mg. However, I must admit that I often neglect the importance of stretching. I am well aware of how crucial it is, but unfortunately, I tend to fall short when it comes to giving it the attention it deserves.

Bit I mean epsom in bath, soaking the joint, it is absorbed through the skin. I have not tried imgesting, some do, but normal prescription is a bath or soaking the body part you have affected. 💕
