For me nature is the best low time preference teacher. Got a tiny red hot chili pepper plant last year in spring from a friend. It went through hard times, I declared it dead last summer and just left it unattended. Then in the autumn rains it sprang back to life. And today, after good care and one year later we have this beautiful harvest 🤩

They are so spicy that I need to wash my hands after just touching before I put them in my eyes or something. Don't exactly know what to do with so many. But the idea now is to dry them, then grind them to powder and mix them (sparingly) with other herbs and spice melanges.

Awesome!😊. You can also freeze them if needed.

Ahh, good thinking. Cut'em small and then use every time a teeny bit when cooking hot stuff ;)
