Going for a six pack while sitting down without killing myself training, just conditioning my metabolism instead.

I have 5lb, mayyyybe 10lbs more to that level. Already pretty lean.

I recently had an ahha moment where all I did was switch the order in which I ate my food which resulted in some weight loss. I just started my day with protein. I am interested in your experience because I am wanting to explore this effect more!
