Should I be actively managing relays associated with my profile? I see some listed. I think the list had grown ( does this happen when I follow someone new?)

You can add as many as you like but the more you add the more resources are needed to pull data from the relay. I say have a good me mix and use a few paid relays as well
i currently have over a dozen relays, and thats probably too much, but i like the ones i have and some are paid.
Some relays might target a specific nationality or language, and thats help for those who want contents from their language or state
