Amethyst security filters have "block spam" and "hide content reported by your follows" turned on by default. These settings hide content from npubs you didn't explicitly mute. FYI

if a user receives lots of reports in your friend circle, amethyst will block that user automatically on your behalf without your consent
So easy to shift clients and relays, though, without starting over on your connections and content. It’ll ebb and flow. 🍿
