Your npub.cash wallet being shown in amethyst, Damus, zap.stream, fountain, nostr.build, nostrudel......every nostr client shows that same wallet.
npub.cash is just a lightning forwarding service that directs received payments to your Cashu wallet. It's not a standalone wallet, and it isn't attached to your npub in the way NIP-60 aspires to.
