Because it fucking was a controlled demolition.
The building was meant to be demolished on 10/09, but due to the event the demolishing was done two week later which is why there are plenty of cameras on it. The media wad literally invited to come film them destroy the building.
It's literally in several reports let alone the fact the building was emptied out weeks before the week of 9/11

There's TV reports on youtube I believe, or at least I recall watching several news reports on it on youtube and liveleak. It was also covered in a few documentaries.
