Some of them seems with something like white milk .. be aware because they could be not edible .. the edible ones that i know and that are near those are without white milk and are called "clitocybe gibba" and "lepista inversa"
Are you speaking of the gills bleeding like white milk? Yes that is one of the keys for identification with these.
How many mushrooms do you eat man?
I dry these out and use them for recipes over the year. That’s my standard process for the winter is gather all my mushrooms for the year over a few months and dry and store them so I have a supply all year.
I figured something like that, but from what I can tell your diet contains a TON of varied mushrooms! Way more than most.
