Fiat medicine NPCs scared my pregnant wife about vitamin a toxicity and it took a *long* time to undo that programming.

The truth is pregnant women can safety have as much as 20,000IUs of Vitamin A a day, which works out to about 3-4oz of liver or 1-2 servings of dessicated liver a day.

Vitamin A alarmism has formed in clown world because some dude died eating polar bear liver, which is literally 100x more potent than beef or cod liver. Other studies show an overdose of *synthetic* Vitamin A which would be practically impossible to achieve naturally.

Liver is a super food. Mothers need it because making babies are nutritionally expensive. This is not rocket science.

4oz beef liver 2-3x a week is my go to. Really not that bad if cleaned properly or chopped up and added into ground beef.

I slice it up raw into cubes and freeze it so I can swallow a whole one with breakfast everyday.

I’ve seen that as well. Just into 1-2oz cubes?

Yes sir.

Smaller. Dime size. I run under hot water just to soften the outside a bit then swallow.

I’ll give it a try! Thanks!

Cut, then lay on parchment paper on a baking sheet, freeze, then move to a silicon bag when frozen.

My doctor asked if I took supplements, I said yes, the greatest one on planet earth: beef liver.
