I know I shouldn't comment on this... But it's tickling my fingers... So: It's a lifelong decision to only put food into my body that provides me with real, vibrant energy. No excuses. No ifs, ands, or buts. Plan, prepare, and make it a priority. Always have something with you, be it some nuts and dried fruit, or fruit. Because everything else will take its toll. On a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. Because I'm worth it. For me, enjoyment is connected to long-term health and happiness, not just to satisfying some unprocessed emotions.

And yes, I also crave sometimes chocolate. But I make my own chocolate... ;)

Thank you dear! We are all inspiring in our very unique ways. And we are all on our personal journey.

You know, control can also be pathological. And sometimes I wonder if my clear line has become pathological control ;) ...But I know it's not pathological, because I make my decisions consciously and from the heart. I don't suffer in the process. It is not a painful renunciation or envying others because they indulge in junk food. I'm grateful to myself for my clarity, grounding, my views, and reflection. Grateful that I don't allow myself to be seduced. Neither by my own unprocessed emotions nor by what the mainstream offers. I simply say YES to life 💚
