THAT IS MOSTLY IRRELEVANT.
WILL LIKELY STILL BE EFFECTIVE AT SILENCING BRAZILIANS WITH LARGE AUDIENCES. LARGE KNOWN X ACCOUNTS. THEY WILL RISK PUNISHMENT IF THEY POST.
NOSTR DOES NOT FIX THAT.
IMO, the propogation of ideas is much more important than the individuals spreading them. That's what #Nostr is built for.
